My service rep Jason is very thorough and a delight.. I am not happy with the two very close in time raising of my services. I thin 1 raise should be enough and that was just last May. To raise it again in September tells me you don't mind loosing a customer just to get the price up. I will be looking around for another pest service.

Eddie, the guy who does the spraying around our home., and around our rental. First, he's been "our guy" for more than a year, and that kind of employee retention means to us that Terminex treats their employees right.
Second, he texts us every time, both days before he'd like to come out (to make sure he wouldn't t be disturbing our guests) , and the day he comes out, to confirm it's okay, and to let us know so we can let our dogs out to do their business, and get them back in again, before he starts spraying (we keep them inside for a good 2-4 hrs after he sprays, out of an abundance of caution.)
