Time for service and the same day I noticed ants climbing up the wall next to the garage wall. Michael Browns sprayed etc. think ants have departed.

We love our Terminex service, we are transitioning to a new technician, we previously had Gary Swain who had built an excellent rapport with us. So, this was our first treatment by Dustin, and second not performed by Gary, so I will have to wait a few services to determine how satisfied we are. I am accustomed to receiving a text once the visit is scheduled and one alerting me that the technician is on their way. I did not receive a text to inform me the technician was on their way. I work nightshift and my husband works dayshift so I need the text to alert me to be up during the day. We have a bait box outside due to our neighbor has rodent problems and they tend to migrate to us. I did not see anywhere on my summary of visit that it was refilled. I could have missed it, but Gary always put this in the notes, and I did not see it on this summary. Gary would also ask if there were any concerns on his arrival, I was not contact by this technician. Overall we are happy with Terminex because of Gary, he was a great technician. With a new technician I completely understand there may be some growing pains, but I hope to be just as happy with this technician!
The Owings Mills staff (21117) from the manager and technicians are the best! A shout out to James Mason for being so efficient, responsible and very patient answering all my questions.

I have used Terminex for many years and continue to do so because they are reliable. Each of the technicians who have treated my home over the years has been knowledgeable as well as polite. I recommend Terminex to anyone who needs help keeping their homes free of pests.

Service folks are often in a hurry and miss items like wasp nests. Best to accompany them inside and out to point out areas that need attention. Otherwise, no complaints. Folks are polite and responsive.
My Terminix tech is excellent and continually demonstrates his caring for my property.
My service technician carol graham is always punctual,friendly an willing to work with my schedule.
