The service tech is GREAT. Scheduling is not. Originally when I got Terminix, I received an email that gave a week's notice that a tech would be out the following week (not a day yet). Now it's 36 hours and the tech is responsible for a text. That may work internally at Terminix but is not enough notice for the client. Recently, I was out of town and just happened to see the text.
I still will keep using Terminix, but only because the technician is exceptional.
Our technician Raman is wonderful!! However, the call center sold us a service that isn't provided in our area. Our refund is processing.
