I have used Terminix for many years to control ants, spiders, wasps. I recently learned my agreement also included Carpenter Bees. Jason Fox was quickly to respond to my request for service and he did an outstanding job to treat for the bees.
NEVER see bugs in the house. The ones I see in the garage are always dead. The technician always communicates about the day and time he’s coming, always prompt, asks if I have any special problems, requests etc., examines the exterior for nests, holes, He’s thorough. friendly and polite.

We've had Terminex for about 2 years now and haven't had any issues with bugs or rodents. Their program allows for me to call any time between treatments if I do have any issues, but I never had to, not even for the mosquitoes.
I don't care what anyone else says, my technician, NICK, is the best! I always get a text message the day before to let me know he is coming, the morning of, which let's me know what time so I can keep the dog in, and another text after to let me know what he found.
A few times when another technician came out, he was just as respectful and did a great job as well. I can tell you this, if I am taking the time to provide feedback, I am impressed because I don't believe in sending negative or mediocre feedback on employees or companies.

This was the last and final/completed spray for the family home. The sprayer /Kevin was on time and very efficient, and hopefully this will be effective. Prefer not to use name.
