On at least two occasions, when I first enlisted their services, I spoke to the technician about an issue inside my home. They readily treated the inside. I haven't encountered any issues inside in the recent past.

But, Did get a call today from Rentakil wanting to provide a no charge inspection of my house and property. They had my name and address. Not sure who this is and do not want Terminix to sell my name, address to anyone.

I've always been able to rely on Terminix for the exact pest control I signed up for, and there's never a hassle from them to change my contract. The service guys always give me an allotted time to show up for the appointment, and they always show within that time frame. They're very professional, and I don't have to worry whether the service was done, whether I'm at home, or not. Additionally, their service reports are always submitted to me immediately after they're done. Finally, I really enjoy the ease of payments through my individual portal, and Terminix works with my schedule if I have to reschedule for service! Thanks Terminix for the outstanding service!!!
