Since your agent (Brandon) came to do my follow-up, I've seen almost no bugs, and they were either all dead or dying. The initial spraying did not seem as effective, but the second time he took more time and sprayed everywhere I asked him too Since then I've been delighted with the LACK of bugs in the house.

Ibrahim Bangura is a consummate professional. He listened and devised an approach to my wasp problem. He thoroughly explained the wasps’ behavior and how the proposed solution should work. He was respectful of my home—work shoe covers and didn’t touch anything in the house after he deployed the poison. Lastly, he walked outside and inspected the entire house and made suggestions on how to close spaces that the wasps likely used to build a nest.
