Very good communication about upcoming appointments from our technician and by the company. Very pleased with the results and we seldom have any pest problems between our treatments. Terminix may not be the cheapest company in town, but they are very good and dependable with their service. Just wish they would mail out statements in a timely manner, as I prefer to pay by check and by the time I receive the bill in the mail, it is already overdue. I try to mail my payment within 2 or 3 days after receipt of the bill, but the last couple of times I receive a letter in the mail saying my payment is due immediately and will be turned over to collections. It is probably the US postal service who is apparently dropping the ball here. Other than that, I have no major issues with Terminix.
