Not based on the prices but considering the service from my last visit. The service provided was excellent. He did things the previous guy would not even do. He thoroughly checked my residence and gave me a sense of feeling he cared. The previous person would come out and leave in five minutes.
I realize there are cheaper pest control companies out there, but Terminix responds when I need them. Our Technician Jeremy is awesome!

My tech Ruel Bacalso always notifies me in advance of service and asks if I need anything else.
The technician communicates when he’s coming and when he’s finished. He tells me what he’s done and responds if I have questions.

Prior to begining to spray around my home the Terminix representative - Kayden, made a point of knocking on my front door - to introduce himself, and to make sure that I realized that he was at my home as a representative of Terminix - per my contract arrangement. Additionally, he wanted to make his presence known prior to beginning to spray around my house, as he was aware that I have very small dogs that would need to be brought into the house to keep them from potential exposure to the chemicals that he would be spraying around the perimeter of my home.
Kayden greeted me with a smile and was very courteous, and truly professional while he was here at my home. I really appreciated that he took the time to ask me if there were any issues that we had been having with insects either in or around our home. When he learned that we were; in fact, seeing an influx of spiders on our back patio and under the eaves near the front door - I was grateful to see that he made a point of addressed those areas prior to spraying around the rest of the house. Thank you Terminix.
