The technician is terrific…..very thorough, friendly, informative, and provides advance notice of arrival.
Working on the outside and seldom coming in to get the insects already inside works 90-95%. Yet, sometimes they find a way. Especially the flying critters because the door was left open too long. Or my husband forgot to pay attention to letting you know what was going on because I was not here.....????
