My technician always communicates his arrival window and is always on time. He checks to see if any issues and is always very respectful of us and our property.
My only issue with corporate is their billing. Received a past due notice, but had sent a check on time..the past due amount ( even though paid) and my current billing amount did not add up correctly. I called and was told…no you don’t owe anything. Still not sure if I over paid.

Kalani is always punctual, thorough, efficient and friendly. Since Kalani comes on a regular basis, we don't problems with termites and other pests.

Shawn Browning does an excellent job treating our house! We have also had Jamar here, and he was excellent as well! They were both very courteous!

Our family only stays with Terminix because of our awesome technician, Christopher! Otherwise the rest of the company is just awful. Christopher was on vacation and instructed me to call the local office and I was immediately transferred to a call center. It was a complicated conversation with very specific instructions and so the agent said that someone would call me back in 2-3 days. I received NO call. So when I called again 5 days later, it was yet another headache of a phone call. Having a phone call returned should not be this complicated; setting up a retreatment appointment when my regular technician is on vacation should not be this complicated. Again, the ONLY reason our family stays with Terminix is because of Chris!
