I ove the fact that my ant problem that plagued us for many years has been reduced to a minimal 4-5 occasionally finding their way in - used to be a whole army of them - every service tech I’ve had over the years has been pleasant and efficient. If I have any complaints, it’s about the many e-mails I have been receiving for at least 2 years telling me there is a problem with my payment method, when the amount has already been deducted from my bank account, or I didn’t have service that month to justify sending the email. That needs to get fixed - I’m sure I’m not the only customer with this issue!
