We stayed in a motel one night and woke up to bedbugs. When we arrived home we didn’t bring suit cases in the house due to the bugs that might be in the clothes. We called Ken ,our Terminex man for advice! He told us what to do and the bed bugs were gone! Ken has always been very kind and very helpful with any problems we might have. Always on time and very knowledgeable!

We always have someone that sprays windows to keep the bugs out. Every bug I find on the window seal is dead. I am pleased with the service. I also had mice and they took care of that problem in the attic and garage.

Technician Casey Nakagawa is surely one of the better techs employed by Terminix. More techs like Casey would certainly boost sales.
I like the service and have been with Terminix for years. It's getting quite expensive and have not really shopped around. I'll stay with Terminix because I appreciate the person who comes out and takes care of my home to keep it bug free. Professional, courteous and thorough. I do like my Terminix guy.

I an completely happy with Terminix. My home is pest-free. Their service is reliable and technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home.
Although most often if you have an issue, you have to wait 4 days or a week. However everyone in the process is helpful and friendly. A little pricey, but they do the job.
