The technician is knowledgeable and friendly. They did a very thorough job treating the exterior of my house and took the time to answer all of my questions.
The front end to getting someone to come out is less than wonderful, and like most operations that have centralized answering requests, it has detracted from customer service. The reason for the rating is the great service and results from the person that services the account.
