The techs work hard and call ahead and try to accommodate my schedule. If the tech is sick the communication is terrible and the billing is a little difficult to understand but mostly it isn’t higher because of communication to the main office.
He is always friendly and professional. I trust him and glad I get to have the same person service my home every time.
Trinidad always does a good job. He keeps us informed as to what he is doing. Since my husband has a medical issue, he is flexible with schedule since we have many doctors appointments.
We have had only good experiences with Gregory and will continue to use them both for business and home

Glass technician that came out to spray all around the outside of our home and inside our external garage was thorough and did an excellent job. I could tell he really cared about what he was doing, and all the questions that I had, he answered perfectly. As long you keep strong employees like that, you will keep us as a customer!
Terminex has always done an excellent job of keeping insects out of our home. It is reliable and effective. We have used Terminex for over 20 years with no problems.
I have been very pleased with Terminex' services, much to my surprise. The inspector, the "injector" and the gentleman who will be spraying my property monthly have been competent, friendly and professional. Also the cost of my termite extermination was very reasonable, so I am a happy camper!
