Our technician Jerry is so conscientious, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable that we stay with Terminix. He responds to any calls for unwanted critter activity although it sure doesn't happen often. One time when Jerry was on vacation, the technician who replaced him was also thorough, friendly and helpful. We have been with Terminix for a very long time--at this house for 14 years and at our old house! Our neighborhood has a group chat, and we have already recommended Jerry and Terminix. My next-door neighbor's service technician is also Jerry, and she also recommended him to our whole neighborhood.
I have had to call several times about some issues in my home. The service team was always available, and usually at my house within a day. Excellent service!!
