My inspector is Michael Dent. He's awesome. He listens to my concerns and understands what issues I had with Terminix and he made things right. I was about to cancel my contract with Terminix because I was Not please with my services but Michael was very attentive to my concerns and promised me that he would ensure that my issues would be taken care of. And I decided to give Terminix another chance. He is an excellent inspector and I trust he will keep me happy with Terminix. He is an excellent inspector and I feel very confident that he's going to make sure I get excellent service.
