Peter is very punctual, friendly, thorough in his work. He is very concerned that he takes care of any issues that concern us in or outside of our house. He always calls us every three months, so we don't have to keep track ourselves and always makes an appointment that is convenient for us. And he always keeps the appointment at the agreed upon date and time. A very good representative for Terminex!
Your agent, Brian, did a fabulous job as always he is very thorough, polite, and courteous! I hope you gave him a raise, which was well deserved.
