Pedro is the man!! I never have issues with pests and the one or two times I did was some weird fluke thing and he came to handle business. I have seen attempted increase in rates and year over year you all keep me at my current rate. I stick around because of great guys like Pedro Nava. Thanks Pedro!

Stop imposing on customers that if they don't rate your employees at a 10, your employees fail. Very ugly and a bad look for your company. Stop doing. Respect them and us. If you're not able to judge whether or not the people you hire are good, pay me six figures and I'll do it. Terminix should be able to evaluate potential employees.
