They people that come out to actually inspect and spray the home are really kinda and full of info. It’s really annoying however that you can’t cancel your service online. You do have to call and then wait a few days. So that’s frustrating. But they have taken care of our ant issues and kept our home safe!

We have been a customer of Terminix for over 30 years, and in 2 states. We have had great results with Terminix. The service people are always pleasant, polite and thorough. Our current service team provides messages regarding the service calls, which is helpful. They are also responsive to questions and requests by message.

Thank you, Peter for coming so quickly and spraying my bees nest that was in the straw . I did as you suggested and waited three days before I started moving the straw. OMG I wish I had a camera to show you how big the nest was. It was still active, so I sprayed the heck out of it before taking the straw down.

Johnathan, the Technician, gave me an in death explanation of what he was going to. The main reason I contacted Terminix was the reputation, reviews, and quality of services provided.
I have been battling with “Crazy Ants” and no granular, or liquids have solved my issue. After 24hrs I’ve only seen maybe 3ants, but understanding it may take a week before I see a complete eradication.

I had two rather large white face wasp nests that were in a tree in my back yard. I bought sprays, they wouldn't reach. Last year I had both knees and my left hip replaced so I decided not to climb up a ladder just in case things went south. I called Terminix and 2 days later the nests were eradicated.
You guys do a good job at protecting my home from the creepy Crawley things that I don't like. Thank you.
