She has always done excellent service with both continuous friendly communication and keeping us updated on what exact service was conducted at each visit and always discusses the plan and how she will meet her goal to resolve any issues we bring up regarding Terminix services. She has always promptly answered any questions or concerns we might have. This also includes quick responses to include; emails,callbacks or texting.
