Great service, but We missed the "HEADS UP" call the day before the service which we have always gotten .
Prior to my first visit from a Terminix agent, I had a growing problem with brown spiders, and a bad case of black ants that had invaded in my guest bedroom.
Now, I haven't seen an ant in my home since 2 weeks after that first visit. And I've seen about 3 spiders within a year. I will be keeping my contract with Terminix. I have a very friendly and professional agent that treats my home, and I am very pleased with the treatment results.
Our technician always does a good job at our house.
My technician always contacts me before coming out and lets me know when he arrives. We discuss treatment and if I need service inside my house. I get an email detailing his service. This is true customer service.

Seth, my representative does the spraying of my garage and yard. He is excellent. Very business oriented and does the job well, He is helpful if I ask . He is one of the main reasons I stay with Terminex. I don't have to remind him of what I need taken care of and he does it, and is gone. He calls to let me know when he is coming, is always within the time frame he tells me he will be here and works with me on the time and day.

I’m not thrilled with the sign up process. In order to get the “good deal” I had to sign an agreement that we would not cancel during the first year or we would be charged the difference between regular deal and “good deal”… an early termination fee of over one hundred dollars. Yes… I did sign up and we intend to honor the agreement, but as an afterthought, we will not renew. There are many great local pest control companies and we will making a change.
