Easy to set up service and communicate
Had it for 35 years, only thing we don't like are the price increases. But service has been good though the years. We did enjoy the senior or military discount we got this year .
Hope to continue to receive discount next year.

We have been using Terminix for years and have always been happy with the service and the technicians' knowledge. Everyone, from customer service to our technicians, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Our technician, Michael, is very, very good about letting us know everything that he’s doing and that’s going on around our house. Michael is the only reason we haven’t canceled any of our services. He lets us know when he’s coming, not showing up unexpected and as stated before, he is the main reason we haven’t canceled any not canceled some of our other services!
Armando is a great technician who always does a very thorough job to make sure I am "critter-free".
Ivan Is amazing! He always over communicates when he is arriving and let's me know when he in on his way. During times of just being busy all the time. It's hard to keep track of things all the time. Ivan makes it easy! And great to work with. Always in a good mood, and willing to help.
