I HAD TO HIRE MY YARD MAN TO SPRAY A LIZARD POISON. IGUESS TERMINIX WILL ONLY KILL ANTS AND COCKROACHS. THE LIZARDS ARE CLIMBING INTO MY CLOTHS DRYER VENT. THEY ALSO COME IN MY GARAGE DOOR AND MY FRONT DOOR. MY YARD MAN TELLS ME TO FIRE TERMANIX. LIZARDS ARE EVERYWHERE!!!

The technician was prompt and efficient. I was not home at the time, but I could see that he had eliminated the cobwebs on my patio, and he left a detailed description of the work he had done. Unlike some of my neighbors who are bothered by ants, spiders and mosquitoes, I am free of all those pests.
Mr. Lewis is a very polite and thorough fellow. A true credit to your business. He calls and/or texts before he visits. My only recommendation is that his phone number should show up as "Terminix" on my phone. I tend to "blow off" unknown numbers.
I have had your services for as long as I’ve been in this home and prior to this time I had services in another state through your company.
I currently have the Termite plan, the scheduled bug eradication program, and the Exclusion program.
As recent as a few days ago, and within one week, I have had both the termite inspection and the bug eradication, every three months, program.
The staff has, since I’ve lived here, typically had numerous technicians, and that is not what I like. I prefer to deal with one technician rather than being rotated out to another technician. So for the Last three years, I have had the same technician, and in this case, both technicians regarding the Termite and bug program have been simply outstanding in their customer relations as well as their attention to my problem/perceived problems.
Now about my Exclusion program I had that inspection and notes were made and he was going to submit those for repair, but I have not heard back from him or anyone representing the company to tell me that they would come and fix the problem. So that is yet the only problem that I have had and say the last three years.
Yes, I have told many people about your services and at the same time I get what feels like numerous companies, ringing my doorbell, wanting me to employ them and their services for the same type of treatments.
Additionally, these companies are being generous with their willingness to have me as a customer and they are cheaper than you are, but I am stuck in my ways and I am loyal to a fault.
The one thing that I could say that would make me not give you an exact 10 would be the fact that in the last 3+ years, I have asked about the termite bait stations that are put into the yard/in the ground and they have yet to be installed.
Now these Termite bait stations in order for me to get those installed. I had to fill out online a request to have them installed, and I did sometime back, but have not, even though, I have asked the various people who have been to my home representing Terminix about the bait stations and they put it in the report stating my request and my interest in getting those installed, especially whenever the email indicated that I would not be charged since I am already a contracted termite inspection customer.
Pardon my inability to get these terminology exact but that’s the best I can do for you right now.
