Our service person went home sick on the day of our scheduled treatment. We had contractors on site waiting to finish a front porch and could not complete it until the ant problem was taken care of. A supervisor named Joshua from the Woburn office drove to Marblehead and did the treatment himself! Now that is service. Thank you

I have been a Terminix customer for quite a few years now, and I have never had a bad experience, in fact, each service technician is very professional and nice. I do usually have Eduardo as the service technician and I can’t say enough good things about him! He is just a great guy, as well as the other technicians, but I seem to get him a lot and he’s just such a good man.

The treatments seem to be generally effective. I like being texted the day before upcoming treatments, advised on the day of when the tech is on his way, good because I like to talk with him, and when the service is completed with a link to details of the service. Joe, the tech, is thorough, informative, takes his time with me, a great guy.
