The serviceman, Geoffrey Mullins, was very friendly, customer focused, punctual, and quite professional. Geoff listened to our issues quite patiently, and immediately took steps to solve the problems. It’s a great pleasure to work with Geoff and we do hope he will be the service person for our house during the quarterly service calls.

So far, so good! We also check our yard ans even the garage for mice. The initial problem was that our neighbors had mice and then the mice came to visit us.

We have been customers of Terminix for MANY years. The service has been very good. Both the annual termite inspection and the quarterly pest control by Dale Fish has been very thorough. He has answered all questions and listened to any pest problems. We appreciate him very much.
The only issue is always the cost.

Jeff has been my pest inspector for years. He always gives me notice a couple days ahead so I can make sure I am home. He knows the area of concern in my house so I can just let him work. Even my cat likes him. This time he reminded me I should have a termite inspection and arranged for Jarad to contact me. Jared came out a few days later and did a very thorough inspection. Jared was equally professional, timely and courteous.
