I texted Ryan in the morning about a moth problem in the house. He was here by noon and within 20 minutes located the nest, removed it and set a trap for the rest of the moths. Just a week later, after a year of moths, we are nearly moth free. Our service is only for outside and we have no issues with things getting in the house or pool house! (nest was in a bag of bird seed)

Have had their service for years at my shore home. I never have had any termites etc since using their service.
I have had your service for years and I have never had a problem. If I need someone in between the three months my Terminex man is at my door. I think he does a fantastic job
When we were looking for an exterminator we called several places including Terminix. While I had to leave messages for the other exterminators Terminix picked up and answered my questions and gave me a quote. We decided to go with them and scheduled an appt on a Saturday afternoon that was perfect for us!
The other places we called 2 never got back to us and one other did and we scheduled an appt with them as well and day of the appointment they cancelled by text. We called them up and they told us they changed Management and some things are still being sorted out. What kind of professionalism was that? Our daughter worked remote that day just to make sure someone was at the house and they cancelled the appt.
We were glad we went with Terminix and will definitely recommend them!!

Friendly frequent contact with technicians. Very helpful and informative on explaining the life cycle and treatment of bed bugs. Price is high, but worth it! Unlike other pest control services, Terminix does not require the unloading of every closet and drawer, which is what sold me on going with them!
