Paul Busa is our guy when it comes to quarterly Terminix treatments. He gives us a heads up, deals with our dog, and always locks our gate when he is done. Excellent work & our ant problem is gone! The primary reason for my score is due to the work completed by Edmond Carpenter. He is the BEST technician we have ever had come to our house. He ALWAYS does a thorough job and does it extremely well. He is considerate, friendly, kind and VERY professional! Terminix would be fortunate to have more employees like Edmond Carpenter.

Polite and knowledgeable telephone call with the scheduler/secretary who made the appt. The technician who arrived was also knowledgeable and came equipped ave prepared to handle the task. Technician was also knowledgeable about future pest control options.
Came in a timely fashion got rid of an ugly hornets nest and so far it looks like they are not coming back!
I’ve had good service with Terminix for the past several years so I’m happy with them. The only downside is the price is getting to be to much just like everything else.
They always do a good job, are friendly and respectful and listen if I have any issues. Thank you for all that you do.
