The primary reason for my score is due to the work completed by Edmond Carpenter. He is the BEST technician we have ever had come to our house. He ALWAYS does a thorough job and does it extremely well. He is considerate, friendly, kind and VERY professional! Terminix would be fortunate to have more employees like Edmond Carpenter.
