The technician Jacob Teller, he had an injured shoulder and he still did an Amazing and very thorough job! He used the brush on all our windows and corners and cleaned the webs off. He moved items in order to spray corners, etc. He listened and sprayed our area for the ants we saw around our property.

It is a little pricey, but it's worth it. All of the techs have been very thorough and answer any questions we have. We have absolutely no pests, thanks to them, where as when we bought it, it was infested. We are so grateful for Terminix.

Cordell Johnson did our initial ant treatment and was excellent. He texted ahead with his arrival window and clear prep instructions, arrived within it, and worked thoroughly - baseboards throughout the interior and six liquid bait stations. I was there for the whole visit and nothing was rushed. Afterwards he explained exactly what he had done and found, including how this bait differs from what we had used before, so I could pass precise monitoring instructions on the same day. Knowledgeable, careful, and a genuinely good communicator.
