Cordell Johnson did our initial ant treatment and was excellent. He texted ahead with his arrival window and clear prep instructions, arrived within it, and worked thoroughly - baseboards throughout the interior and six liquid bait stations. I was there for the whole visit and nothing was rushed. Afterwards he explained exactly what he had done and found, including how this bait differs from what we had used before, so I could pass precise monitoring instructions on the same day. Knowledgeable, careful, and a genuinely good communicator.

Gary,our technician, always pleasant and friendly. Texts prior to coming with date and time frame to show up. Upon arrival, he usually asks if we're having any pest problems. Does treatment around house and let's us know if he found anything we need to know. Reminds us before leaving to let him know of any problems before next treatment.
