The service has always been good and our serviceman. Carl that comes out is always looking out for your best interest. He's always making sure because I've been with terminix a long time that he keeps the rate down for me; calling customer service and working with them to bring it down. I've always appreciated that & the work that he does.

We normally would get at least a week's notice before our appointment. Lately, we get a text after you have left. It would be nice to know when you are coming.
