My service Tech Brandon Mooney, always lets me know when he is coming, what he is checking for, how the inspection went, and what he found and or what he treated for. There is a follow up report that is emailed to me shortly after the inspection. Brandon also wants to know that the company is treating us right as well. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes care of them. Brandon is an excellent Tech! He is a huge asset to the Terminix Corporation.
Geovany is very professional and on time, All the employees that came to our home for different reasons have been very professional and did the job! That is very important. And the pest problem outside has almost been solved.
Great and prompt service. Techs always ask if you had any problems in specific areas and are always willing to willing to explain or answer question regarding their work.
Every time I set up an appointment it is never honored and I have to continually calling you to get the appointment I need. I have a contract and I can get someone here to check the traps in my house. I have to call multiple times to get someone here. I am not happy with the Service and I will never recommend you.

Giovanni is a wonderful knowledgeable technician - he is extremely courteous, he is very thorough in both protecting the perimeter of our house and explaining to us what he is going to do, and then in telling us his findings and what he has done. He is the face of Terminex for us and he is definitely an awesome representative for your company.

The technician, Drew, was highly professional and courteous, and provided clear, insightful feedback on his results and what he did to treat the areas after completing the job.
The technician keeps the schedules for our many properties. At least an in-person meeting every 3-4 weeks. If other of my buildings have an issue not pest management related, they report the problem to me directly.
I’ve only seen one spider in seven years in the house. The technician Jared is professional and has done a wonderful job keeping all bugs away from the house. I highly recommend Terminex.
