Arturo, the Terminix technician, notified me in advance re: the service date. When I could not be at the house to open the gates, he was responsive and able to reschedule immediately. When Arturo arrived he asked if I had any questions before starting the service. All this was appreciated.
Cooper was easy to get in touch with. It was incredibly easy to make the arrangements and they were thorough as all relevant questions were asked. As it was late in the day when I called they were able to come the next day and the problem was solved right then and there.

Over the last 30+ years we were bounced around from company to company until Terminix has held onto us for many years and supplied reliable friendly service regularly. There is also a bonus for paying on a yearly basis.
The exterminator Jeremy Ponce does a wonderful job! He is listens to our comments and proceeds accordingly. Besides being personable and courteous. I am glad that he is the person that handles our spraying.

Brock arrived during the time window established. Understood our problem and gave us two solutions. He then finished up with an additional treatment of spraying around the house. Told us what to watch out for in the day or two following treatment and if the pests (Argentine Ants) returned to call him.
