We have been with Terminix for over 50 years.. we have Termite protection as well as Pest protection…. They have always been punctual with making appointments and arriving at time stated.. technician always makes me aware he is on property and inquires if I have any issue.. as long as their contract prices don’t go up we will continue to renew our contracts
Anthony came by to talk about Terminix offerings. He was so pleasant and has a wonderful personality. He convinced us to get treatments done for the bugs and spider’s we’ve been dealing with. The price was right and he kept in touch about when Terminix would arrive and what they would do. I don’t know how long he’s worked for the company but he’s definitely a keeper. He could work sales anywhere!!

And care to explain everything he does while i do have some issues withe cost raises over the years the results have been good! I am trying out another vender on a temporary basis, because of the difference in cost I will keep the existing Terminix service to ensure I have no holes in coverage.

My spider situationseems to be better controlled since a reported change in your formula sometime in the last year. More importantly, your service technicians have always been great especially Brandon and Lucas. But I'm disappointed that the quarterly fee I had been promised "for life" in 2024 was increased in November 2025.
