Great service but getting expensive

Basically the technicians that come to your home ARE TERMINIX. It seems like the tech's that come to my house are all friendly, reliable and professional.
Our last technician was Jovanni Trapasso and he was absolutely superb. He showed up on time, and although this was our first time meeting him, it felt like we had know him for years. Not many people can make you feel that way.
I had a minor problem with administration but he resolved that with one phone call in a matter of 10 minutes!!
Joe was in and out in less than 30 minutes and that included spraying the complete exterior and the interior also. He was very friendly and hope he can be our permanent technician. I have never had a tech that made that much of a positive impression on me or my wife.

They’re professional, knowledgeable and polite techs who knows about pest and how to control them. I don’t have to worry about the inside or outside of my home if there’s a problem I speak to the professionals to get the job done. The cost is reasonable and they’ll work with you to solve any issue you may have.

As usual the Terminix representative was courteous and made sure that all the possible entry point for cockroaches were sprayed.

Our Technician, Xue Vang is really great. He is friendly and professional. He lets us know if he sees anything of concern and if necessary makes a suggestion on how to fix it. He is thorough and always completes his tasks. More importantly, he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our home is insect free. He is not afraid to ask for a second opinion if he sees something he is not familiar with-in other words, he takes action and does not just ignore a potential issue.
