We are not always on the premises when service is given. The technicians have always kept in touch and when we do connect in person, we are able to discuss any changes to the needs or request information on any issue. This is important when having a second home that we use for rentals as well as our own vacations. We feel that the property is in good hands when we are not there!

Our service technician, Ivan, always lets us know when he is scheduled to be here. And when I am here, he gives me a short verbal summary of his observations. That is in addition to the documentation which is provided via email, and which I appreciate and file. He carefully cleans any webs and thoroughly applies the treatment around the perimeter of the house. We have not had any insect issues for several years.
