Our service technician, Ivan, always lets us know when he is scheduled to be here. And when I am here, he gives me a short verbal summary of his observations. That is in addition to the documentation which is provided via email, and which I appreciate and file. He carefully cleans any webs and thoroughly applies the treatment around the perimeter of the house. We have not had any insect issues for several years.

We’ve been with Terminex for over 20 years. Our technician, Brett, is very thorough. He sends a message with the day and time of his arrival. A few times I needed to reschedule the time and he has always accommodated my request. Mike Holland and Austin McCabe did a fantastic job when they arrived and insulated my home! Very professional and clean well best they could be with all the insulation they put in. I would recommend them to anyone. If you want professional service and good work done give them a call!
