Michael, our service guy is so polite and so thorough. We just adore him. He’s got a great personality. He tells us when he’s coming. He tells us what he’s done. He lets us know when he’s left and we have had no critters for a very long time we are very, very happy with the service. He always listens to what we have to say to never brushes it off. I feel like we really lucked out getting him.

I am on a quarterly schedule for routine treatment but always received excellent and prompt service if I need to add a service outside of the schedule. Robert Negrete has been my technician for several years and I find his customer service beyond reproach! I rate him as a 10 also!
Termites, etc. outside remain under control thanks to you. while the inside baits for kitchen ants have lessened the problem, we need to kill a dozen or more active ants daily.
Very helpful in a very stressful situation
I appreciate my technician, Reese, and have fewer bugs and spiders since returning to Terminex. I left Terminex for a better price that actually went up and after they sprayed it looked like they had never sprayed with dozens of webs the day after my spray. Now that I am back my problems have resolved. Terminex is the best! I am grateful for Terminex and would always recommend you. Thank you all.
