Terminix comes when they are supposed, calls ahead to let you know they are coming, ask if you have any specific issues and are always polite and professional. Even if you are not scheduled but are having an issue they are there for you.
Bruce our service tech is the best. He updates us on the treatment date and time - when he arrives and when he leaves. I feel comfortable with him servicing our house. Which he has done for several years. He always mentions is we need a re-treatment or have any issues he will be able to schedule to come by.
