I have asked to be notified the day before or the day of the technician arrives. So I can alert him to any issues particularly if we’ve had bugs inside the house or garage. .but often I only know the technician has been here because I get an email with the invoice the next day. So only the outdoors is done.
That said, whenever i do get a chance to speak to the technician or alert him to a problem, the service is always thorough & good.
