My Terminex tech is the absolute best! We have been doing alot of remodeling over the year. So Sayyed Bowie is the best at making sure everything gets sprayed and protected. He has helped me get rid of nats and ants. This is why we stay with Terminix!

I wish Terminix "Corp." would provide better scheduling notices with a bit more time. My service techs have been great at working with me to adjust as necessary but the scheduling seems to be a "corp" side problem as multiple techs have explained they don't get *advance notice. (*More than a few days ahead) I require "weeks ahead" notice to adjust personal schedules to accommodate onsite service. I have verified this by having to speak with "sales" people at Terminix who ARE able to see more that the assigned techs for my location. I have verified this multiple times over the years and it is definitely on the "Corp side" not the Tech side issue.
Howard is the best !! Lucky to have him as an employee. Our only problem is the company is constantly moving our service appointments up/sooner which causes us to make a call to change it.
