We get excellent service personalized to meet our needs in our home and garden. We have a well informed consultant and when needed they adjust treatment or return when something new arises.
William is great! He always contacts me a Day or 2 before his arrival. He is very professional.
After the tech made his visit , I did not see bed bugs for a couple of days. However, within a week we started seeing mostly very small bugs in the bedroom and larger ones in the living room/den.
I think it may be time for another inspect treat visit

The primary reason for the excellent score is the excellent service by Caitlin Vaughn. Her work and personalized investment to client service and relationships is the best I've seen in all my years with terminix. She is consistent, punctual, knowledgeable, and does what she says she will do, which is provide her clients with time, communication and tailored performance with attention to detail. She is the reason I didnt cancel my service after quite a few months of not being able to verify a terminix presence except through text. Even if I am not here, I can tell the Caitlin has been, birds nest removed, wasp nests gone, cleared debris from house perimeter...above and beyond. Thanks so much Caitlin!
