THE ONLY THING THAT I’M VERY UPSET WITH IS, I DID NOT HAVE ANY HEADS UP KNOWLEDGE OR NOTIFICATION A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO HAVING THIS DONE. I LIKE TO KNOW IN ADVANCE SO I CAN PREPARE ACCORDINGLY FOR THE SERVICE THAT YOU PEOPLE PROVIDE IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN THERE ARE OTHER CORPORATIONS THAT CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS.
Geof the service technician was thorough, communicated with us and arrived on schedule! The Terminix treatments seem to work in keeping us pretty clear of excessive bugs, etc.
