Survey is good and very effective pest treatment for my home, but the quarterly fee continues to increase. I would like to receive a loyalty discount and pay around $100 per quarter. I am not sure if I can continue to stay with Terminix at these rates.
My technician is really great and seems to genuinely care which is comforting since I am almost irrationally stressed out by bugs.

My tech was thorough and professional. He educated me on what he was doing, what to expect following the treatment and what to expect moving forward. Answered all my questions and I felt confident in his work on my home.
Unexpected events caused a rapid increase in rats on our property and in our home which had been relatively rat free until the loss of our pet cat and the recent flooding in our area. Kalani responded immediately to our call for help with information and an estimated date and time for treatment. He worked around and kept us informed when barriers beyond his control prevented him from completing treatment as he initially intended. Approximately 20 minutes after he completed the application we were able to see 2-3 rats take the bait. Thank you Kalani and Terminex for your expertise and excellent service!
