Terminex does need to fix the call center. NO ONE at your call center really cares. Problems are related to them, but action never happens.

The technician who performed the quarterly service was very professional and kind. He alerted us that we had the beginnings of a wasp nest that we did not see and he destroyed it. We’ve had Terminix services for 30 years and all the technicians have been professional, kind and treat the house like it’s theirs and make sure no damage happens,

I like the bug and rodent protection, our tech is great! I am skeptical about possible termite activity because Terminix has been pushing it on TV, etc.
