My Terminix Technician is the best I have ever had all these years. Issac Carmona is extremely professional and takes time to explain to me about any issues I have going on. He faithfully reminds me before my appointment that he is coming and lets me know when he is here. He is respectful and responsive to my requests, i.e., not spraying areas where I feed the birds. He always goes any and beyond making sure my yard is safe from all insects & pests. I sincerely hope he is compensated for being such a great employee!
