I would like more than 24 hours notice when tech will arrive at my home. Also, not notified that service would be scheduled on Saturdays instead of weekdays. I would like some say on day and time.

Since we have had Travis Carney take care of our property we are very happy. The person we had before him was in our driveway for 20 minutes and 5 minutes doing something. Travis inspects and treats the entire property and always asks me if we have any problem areas. He also has pointed out some water drainage problems we have had that affect the house structure and attract termites. As long as we have him we will continue with Terminix.
The worker came in & did a wondferful job over my downstairs with a big smile.Its nice to know my house is safe.I did have something but he got rid of it.😄
