I've been on the TIPPS program for around 20 years now and can say I've never been disappointed in the service. I was especially thankful for the service in 2016 when extensive termite damage was discovered in a bathroom renovation project. TERMINIX covered the entire cost of rebuilding the wall structure involved. Couple that with a pest-free home for those years .. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Terminix always shows up on schedule. My home is nearly pest free since I have had a contract with Terminix.

Terminex does need to fix the call center. NO ONE at your call center really cares. Problems are related to them, but action never happens.
