ROY IS A VERY GREAT WORKER.HE ALWAYS CALLS BEFORE GETTING HERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY PERSON.
Kendra has been great! She is very thorough and gives us the service we pay for. However the last service we had it was a gentleman and he wasn't as trained as Kendra, he quickly went through the restaurant with his bottle of poison and then he was gone, he didn't check under anything, no new traps, no bait just a quick pass to look like he did something then out. I contacted Kendra and she told me that it was just a cover, thank God. I would have had to look for another provider had that not been the case.
Let me be clear, I am with Terminix not because of name recognition but because I get what I pay for and I enjoy the experience of someone like Kendra.

Devontae has always been timely and reliable! Always answering my many questions. Plus the quarterly treatments work great!
The biggest reason is because we have little to no bug problem. We use to see at least one spider in the house on a daily basis now with Terminix, we see one a month (if that). Thank you for your service. My family is super happy now.
