Terminex is a strong and reliable company. I have maintenance treatments every 3 months done at my home and I never have to worry about ugly bugs around my house or in my house! I have kids and dogs and I want to keep them safe too. The service man that does my treatments is named SOLEIMAN. He is fantastic! He is kind, dfriendly and very reliable. I believe this is very important in a company. He explains what type of bugs are now appearing because of the season and weather. He treats around my house and yard. You don't have to worry, because it's also safe for your dogs. I once had a problem with a type of bug in my kitchen area, it was awful. I didn't hesitate to call Terminex! They sent someone ASAP! And they did treatments in my kitchen. They even had to come one more time, (some bugs are stubborn)! And it worked, no more bugs! Without any extra charge. What blessing. Even when you call them, someone actually picks up the phone and speak with you. And their customer service people are always kind and are very helpful. God bless Terminex. And also my service man SOLEIMAN. I have a bug free home.

It was due to our excellent service agent ULYSSES HOLINGUE. He was friendly, professional and efficient. He informed me on what he was applying and how it would not be affected by the upcoming rain storms. He remembers my specific requests. I will be continue to have service from Terminix as a result of having ULYSSES as my service agent.
Dena is very attentive to what needs to be done, & always asks if some particular area needs attention.

Quality of service and attention to detail has been lacking in treatments earlier this year. I appreciate the new technician who came out for my service this week. He was very thorough, and communicated well. Glad to have him servicing the property.
The technicians are really very trained re their knowledge of insects, mice, why homes are invaded and how to address problems. They are courteous and efficient, and they come whenever we call them. I really am very impressed with their company regarding that. I feel as though we have coverage from a really good company protecting our home. It's reassuring to be able to call them when we see the insects even in the cold months.

We have been very pleased with two aspects of the Terminix company. The first is the people they hire. Aside from one individual, we have been delighted with the people who have come to our house to help eliminate mice from our home. They are friendly, hardworking and honest. The second thing my husband and I appreciate is the success of removing the mice. We no longer seen signs of mice in our living area. There are still mice being caught in our basement which means we have a bit to go but not seen mouse poop in our kitchen has been a delightful result of the work the Terminix workers have done.
