I always have issues when paying my bill. Thankfully I got a person that handled it. She gave me her number to contact her personally thru the office and it was handled. The only issue was that it was at 10:00 at night. But the bill has been paid, and I got an e-mail showing it.

Mike was amazing. He was nice and courteous with my toddler. He noticed issues that I didn’t even call for and addressed them. He was quick and knowledgeable. It’s rare to find good service, but coming from a customer service background…when I come across it, it really leaves an impact.
