The Terminix representative Randall LOVVORN always informs me when he is coming to serve my home. He arrives exactly at the time and date. He gives a written summary of the services that he has provided. He also informs if the next visit.

Dependable, effective service with technician who listens to our needs
The service that I get is very good. The technician keeps me informed and discusses any issues that I might have; he is very thorough and gives advice on how to avoid any future problems. We have not had any problems with infestations since we began the service (we had a number of problems beforehand). So no problems with the current service. So why not 10 out of 10? I had called once before to have someone come out to do an evaluation for potential access points for insects and rodents/snakes. I got a call on the day saying they wanted to re-schedule to the next day. On the next day, I got a call saying they would be two hours later than scheduled. Then 15 minutes before the expected arrival, they called again to ay they would be an hour later than that. I cancelled as I can't sit home all day awaiting an appointment. I had a local guy come and do a check and seal any cracks/holes and no longer needed the service. But definitely no problem with my current service/technician.

Always do a thorough job
As long as I have had Terminex services I have not experienced few if any bug pest. Very pleased with this outcome for both inside and out. My technician is great.
Our technician was very efficient, problem-solving, and friendly. He worked really hard and was resourceful in handling our challenging job.
The reason for the high scores is because of the excellent service received by the Technician name Wood. He possesses a very pleasing personality and always willing to work with the church schedule of someone’s availability. His work ethics is outstanding. Wood does a very thorough job.
