Technicians are great. Only drawback is the times scheduled for their arrival never seem to match what I set up with Customer Service. Always a different time window initially agreed you. Can't figure why that continues to be a problem.

Like most pest control companies, the quality of the Terminix service depends on the motivation and commitment of the technician that performs the service. Terminix communicates less than smaller services, but seems to be a little more reliable and provides a wider range of services than the smaller services.

We had a nest of bees in our chimney last summer. We called Terminex and within 2 treatments, the bees were gone. We were very satisfied with the service we received and our technician was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
