I never know if the technician was at the house or not. I was home on the 24 April until 2:30 and some how I never saw the technician.
My termite inspection due later in the year will have a very low rating. Traps never get checked.

I selected the highest score due to the professionalism shown by Mr. Andrae Smith. Mr. Smith is very professional regarding his services: provides advance notification, arrives on schedule, knowledgeable, and promptly notifies me when service completed. When I have questions he he promptly responds with details and provides helpful recommendations. He quickly responds to texts and assist with problems to include rescheduling as necessary. When I reach out for services, I always request that Mr. Smith is the assigned technician.
Good communication from worker. Explained exactly what he was going to do. Called and cancelled once because it was raining saying the application would not work. I was happy with his honesty. Other people still would of come and applied the application

We are supposed to have an inspection but it has been rescheduled by you 2 times now. Our inspection was due 3 months ago.
Agent Thomas himself is the reason for my high score. I have absolutely no issues with Thomas nor his methods to address my pest activities. He is always knowledgeable and friendly and lets me know when he is coming.
Every time he comes to our home, your technician, Daquan Haggan, does a great job. He lets us know when he's coming and we have never had an issue with his service.
