Peter Long is the best technician. Not only does he perform his job as a professional, but he is also extremely courteous and reliable. He will do always do what is necessary to make sure the job is done correctly. The best thing Terminix could do for the company would be to promote Peter Long. As the leader of an 84 year old company here in Memphis, I can tell you (without a doubt) Peter's performance as an employee and as a person is rare. If this continues to be overlooked in the future, another company who is looking to grow larger will recognize his potential and snatch him up. When I started with this organization, I really needed to have my home taken care of. Then I noticed that this organization would just tell you when they were going to arrive at your home which I did not care for they should speak with the homeowner first. People have other appointments on their schedule also have to put pets in so that the person arriving to perform the service is not injured when no one is home. It is always to speak with the homeowner prior to arriving because the person providing the service could be in an unknown situation. To be on the safe side contact the homeowner.
