Knowledgeable and friendly
Because the person who is the one who does most of my TERMINIX SERVICES , Steve Young, is the most reliable person, I can always count on him doing my service on time and thoroughly. He doesn’t make mistakes and is completely reliable. There have been incidents where no one showed up and others where they treated my yard twice in s week , etc. but when Steve is on my schedule everything runs as CB it’s supposed to. He is the reason I stayed with Terminix especially since he started doing my mosquito control . Most of the mistakes with scheduling have been for the mosquito control services but since he has taken over that besides my regular bug extermination, everything is working perfectly.
