I would have given a 10 - everyone I dealt with was very professional and very nice. But there were issues with the scheduling - dates changed without notifying me. Insecticide treatment was scheduled for Wednesday but moved to Tuesday. Heat treatment scheduled for Nov 21. Edwin Asencio told me the date was changed to Nov 28. Jeremaih confirmed Nov 21 was the correct date. Heat treatment was completed on Nov 21.
Luckily my schedule is flexible.
