Service and the friendly staff are important to me. Years ago, I had ants and other various insects, mice, and lizards that would enter this house. Now there a lot of time , this place is free of these things.
Attentive, effective, guaranteed work that is done by professionals and with attention to details for a price that is affordable. Unlike many they will make things right if they need to, and fortunately I have not needed them to do so more than once.
The service personnel are on time and polite. They explain what they are going to do, they do it, then they explain what they did. They are also available for questions and any extra effort within reason.

Our service technician Walter Gonzalez is fantastic. He's always friendly, courteous and wanting to provide the best service. When we let him know we had ants in the kitchen during a visit, he immediately adjusted treatment and fixed the problem. When our dog chewed one of the ant traps and we reached out to him (for details on the toxicity), he was very helpful and responded right away, even for an after hours call to his cell. Thank you!
The people that work for Terminix are all very nice and really work hard. And we got rid of rats, mice, and bats. We also have less bugs in the house like earwigs, and other bugs that came in our house. Although, we still have way too many ladybugs.

Thorough and professional
I really like my technician, Lucner Mentor. He texts the day before and gives me a time. He texts when he is outside my house. We speak before and after my service so he can address any issues I have and then tell me what he has done. I do read his online summary as well. There has been a noticeable decrease in bugs, etc. since I began the service . I am very satisfied with my service.
