Chris Hamel always informs us when he is scheduled to arrive, and that it very helpful. (He also never complains about having to duck under the deer fence around the house we set up for the winter.) We have not had any problems with carpenter ants since we started using Terminex, and they used to be a bother with other attempts before.
There is always excellent communication leading up to and after appointments. Services are great also.

I am notified on a timely manner when he is going to service my home. He is very polite when he comes to let me know he is here. After he has completed the services, he updates me on how things look around my home and ask if I noticed any problems inside my home. He is always very nice and polite.
