Tech always notifies when he is coming and when he has arrived and when he is leaving which provides an opportunity for a face to face interface for issues to address. Nice guy as well.

I'm always sent a text reminder of the date and time of the appointment. The day of the appointment you can see the technician's location and you get a notice of how soon he will arrive . They always come during the time period stated on the initial text message.
The technicians are polite and professional and do an excellent job. They will spray both the inside and outside of the house. Just let them know if you want both areas sprayed. Once they complete the job you get a text message and can download or print a copy of the final report showing the outside area they have sprayed/inspected
