Michael is great and does amazing work. That is the reason for the 9. It would be a 10 but the price of the service is really expensive in comparison to other companies. But having Michael as my regular technician keeps me with Terminex.
The technician, Luis, is always very thorough and professional. He shares all his findings with me and is very knowledgeable.
