well, our new technician, Todd Moore is amazing. Terminix has a TERRIBLE habit of scheduling and letting the customer know when they are coming to spray 48 hours ahead of time. The 80% of the time is unacceptable as it usually does not work with our schedule. PLEASE, please check with the customer and don't just schedule a day and time to come. The day may end up being fine but the time is not going to work. then it is hard to get it so it doesn't make your technician travel everywhere just to fulfill your contract.
They are very dependable and look for all pests.
