Terminix is always on time, does an excellent job related to the service and points out/services areas that need attention that may be part of the service. They always explain their services and provide additional information when needed. They always ask if there are any issues that need to be dealt with so they know to pay special attention.

I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE INSPEDTION, BECAUSE THE LAST TWO INSPECTIONS HAVE TALKEN PLACE WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION OR CONFIRMATION FROM ME. NO ONE WAS HOME THE FIRST TIME AND MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD JUST LEFT THIS TIME. I HAD WANTED HIM TO TREAT INSIDE THIS TIME BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN TREATED FOR 3 INSPECTIONS. SO WHY WOULD I GIVE A STRONG RECCOMENDATION TO SOMEONE. CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND I MIGHT CHASNGE MY MIND.
