We have been pleased with our Terminix service and the very helpful technicians. This past time we had a substitute technician who talked with us at the door and helped with what we asked.
However, we did not receive any advanced notice of the treatment day. This would have given us a chance to move some plants and door mats.
He reminded me it was time for service. He came at my time.
