Peter Long is the best technician. Not only does he perform his job as a professional, but he is also extremely courteous and reliable. He will do always do what is necessary to make sure the job is done correctly. The best thing Terminix could do for the company would be to promote Peter Long. As the leader of an 84 year old company here in Memphis, I can tell you (without a doubt) Peter's performance as an employee and as a person is rare. If this continues to be overlooked in the future, another company who is looking to grow larger will recognize his potential and snatch him up.
